A Version-Up Set is a unique set type to the Emblem Charge System similar to the Core Change System sets. As their name suggests, they revolve around a certain Version-Up Part with its corresponding B-Daman based on one of the Four Symbols. The first released on November 20, 2012 with four currently released and another due in July 20, 2013.

- The B-Damans in these Version-Up Sets are redecoed according to their Emblem Charge forms.
- Also, their names use a word from their Emblem Charge: Drive=Garuburn Erupting Ver. and Erupting Overdrive.
- Gatling=Deathshell is the only member of the Four Symbols to not obtain its own Version-Up Set.
- The Garuburn Ultimate DX Set is the only Version-Up Set excluding "Version-Up" in its name.
- Drive=Garuburn is the only B-Daman with three Version-Up Sets.
- Likewise, they are the only Version-Up Sets having "DX" in their name.
- The Raydra Version-Up Set is the Version-Up Set with the most B-Dama while the Garuburn DX Version-Up Set 2 has the least.
- The Garuburn Ultimate DX Set is the only Version-Up Set which includes a Version-Up Part only available in that set.
