Cross Fight was once an underground sport, with only selected B-Daplayers being chosen to participate. However, as of CF052, the sport has become public, and anyone can enter as long as they have a B-Animal inside their B-Daman.
While Cross Fight was an underground sport, the location of a match changed daily. This was most likely to prevent the public from finding out the location. Since going public, the sport has obtained a dedicated Stadium.
Cross Fight also has a point system. A global rank can be determined by the number of points a B-Daplayer has. Points can be earned by placing at least fifth in a Cross Fight match and are allocated are as follows:
- 1st: 100 points
- 2nd: 50 points
- 3rd: 30 points
- 4th: 20 points
- 5th: 10 points
- Any B-Daplayer who reveals the location of any Cross Fight tournament will have their ID removed and will no longer be allowed to participate in the sport. (Rule defunct as of CF052)
Types of Battle
Hell's Gate Strike
- First Seen in: CF002
Hell's Gate Strike involves B-Daplayers aiming to shoot B-Daman through a gate which is rapidly opening and closing every 0.75 seconds. The winner is the B-Daplayer who obtains the most points.
Each B-Dama which passes through the gate counts as one point.
Heaven Bridge Breaker
- First Seen in: I Came Here to Relax! Sonic=Dravise!
Heaven Bridge Breaker involves B-Daplayers shooting pins off of a moving bridge. The winner is the B-Daplayer who can shoot all the pins off of the bridge in the shortest time.
As the event is a Time Attack event, the fastest time wins. Therefore, whoever can hit the final pin the fastest is the winner.
